District 82 is closed to the public today. You must register in advance to play in these tournaments.

Classics 4-Strike Knockout Tournament
All 100+ Pinball Machines will be in these tournaments and on Free Play the whole day.

$100 Total Cost per player – ($40 for D82, $50 Prize Pools, $10 Admin Cost for Ladies Flip WI)

Practice begins at 8:00 AM.
Please arrive no later than 8:45 AM to check in.
Match Play Tournament starts at 9:00 AM.
Lunch Break around 12:30 PM.
Match Play Tournament Conclusion around 4-5:00 PM.
Short Dinner Break in between Tournaments
Classics 4-Strike Knockout starts after dinner break.

Registration is now open.

register. This will automatically register you for both tournaments. You pay CASH when you arrive.

$100 fee includes:

• Both Tournaments
• $40 Admission Charge to District 82
• All 100+ machines on Free Play so no additional costs, you can play any game you want inbetween rounds, during practice & breaks.
• Bottled water and soda. (Carry-ins of food and beverages is permitted.)
• Trophies for top 4 in each tournament.
• Cash prizes for top 8 in each tournament ($25 Per Player goes to Prize Pool in Each Tournament)
• Swag/door prizes for all.

Tournament Formats:

Ladies Flip District 82: 13 Round Match Play

The format will consist of 13 rounds of Match Play in groups of 4 players (3 if necessary). One
game will be played per round per group.
Scoring will be 7-5-3-1 or 7-4-1.
First round will be random seeding. Subsequent rounds will use Tiered Swiss Seeding.
The player with the most points after all 13 rounds have been completed will be the winner.
Tiebreakers will be on. If on the very random chance that there would be any ties with tiebreakers
on, in the top 4, one single tiebreaker game would be played on a Non-DMD game.
All games will be drawn randomly but will alternate between DMD and non-DMD games, so it
will balance out that you are not playing the same machine twice.
Top 4 Trophies/Top 8 Cash prizes

Ladies Flip District 82: Classics 4-Strike Knockout

The format will be a 4-Strike Knockout played in groups of 4 (3 when necessary) on Classics/EM
games only.
Random seeding to start, then swiss style. Games drawn randomly.
Groups of 4 will play against each other on a single machine.
The 2 players with the lowest scores in a group will receive a strike (3rd/4th place in the match).
3 player matches (as needed) lowest score (3rd place) will receive a strike. Once a player has 4
strikes, they are out of this tournament.
The tournament continues until there is one player remaining. Tiebreakers will be turned on. Only
ties for trophies/cash will be broken with another game played.
Top 4 Trophies/Top 8 Cash prizes

Prize Pool is $25 Per Player for Each Tournament

Cash Prizes for 1st-8th

• 1st 35%
• 2nd 20%
• 3rd 15%
• 4th 10%
• 5th-8th 5% each

*Example Assuming 80 players, $2,000 prize pool per tournament— actual payouts will be more or less depending on number of players

• 4th $200
• 5th-8th $100 each

The prize money is awarded when the tournament is completed. The tournament director’s
decisions on rulings are final. You agree to these terms by signing up. You cannot come back after
the tournaments are finalized and dispute your finishing position or prize payout. Any
discrepancies need to be brought up immediately to the tournament director, at and during, the
tournaments themselves.

Friday, May 17, 2024, we will have an additional IFPA approved (Open Division) Tournament
5PM Doors Open for Flippin’ Friday (Open to public pinball night at D82)
6PM Start Time for Tournament
No advance registration for this one just be here before 6PM if you want to play in the tournament
No Cash Prizes, Only for Fun and IFPA points,  and has no separate tournament fee. Just pay regular admission and tournament is included.
Admission for Flippin’ Friday is $25 at the door and you can play all 100+ pinball machines. Open from 5PM-10PM on Fridays.

Video Recording & Photography

By participating in this and any event at District 82, you agree to have yourself video
recorded and also photographs to be taken. These will be used to record the event
and for promotion of future events.
